We loved working on this custom kitchen for a very sweet family! The dark stained wood island is a much needed contrast for this bright and airy kitchen, complimented by glass stacked cabinets and a raised ceiling. For maximum comfort while baking and meal prepping on the island, the height of the quartz countertop was increased. Additionally, lots of space for storage add practicality and function for this growing family!

This was incorporated to create the even flow of wood grain featured in this transitional kitchen. White shaker upper cabinets make this kitchen bright and fresh, while the darker wood-look cabinets create contrast and practicality for little hands. The partially hidden cabinet hardware add a subtle finishing touch.

With the completely new floor plan, an unnecessary hallway was removed to create additional space and a new traffic pattern.
